There is usually someone in the office to answer any questions or deal with any issues for you. If they are busy on another line leave a message with your phone number and someone will return your call the same day unless you have called after normal office hours.

Quality Control

You will be given a copy of our quality control check form that ensures you are familiar with all our procedures to ensure our staff are kept on task to correctly, efficiently get the tasks done with the minimum of inconvenience to you.

Payment is not accepted until you have inspected the whole job and shown your approval (and usually delight!).
